Other names include Coin Plant, Pancake Plant, UFO Plant, Friendship Plant, and Chinese Money Plant. These are Pilea, not Peperomia. Pups come up from the roots of the plant and are easy to propagate and give to friends.
They like bright indirect light, but some low intensity direct sun is okay. Keep in a well draining soil and water when mostly dry. Avoid drenching the soil, as it can make the stems squishy and icky.
