Common Fern Questions

Can I bring in my own pot for repotting?

Yes! You can absolutely bring in what ever pot you see fit for your plant. We will make sure its the correct size for your plant. It is reccomended that your pot has at least one drainage hole. Don't have a pot? You can purchase a pot at fern or we will provide a nursey pot with potting fee.

How do I know my plant needs repotting?

If roots are growing out of the drainage holes, circling the top of the soil, or your plant dries out unusually fast, it may be time for a repot. Other signs include slowed growth, compacted soil, or a plant that looks too large for its current pot.

How often do you get new inventory?

Inventory is based on availability. Fern strives to order at least once a month for new plants and pots. Be sure to follow our social media to know exactly when we get an order in.

Do you sell plant care supplies and soil?

We sell all necessary amendments to keep your plant happy and healthy. Fern can custom mix soils to your plants needs. Check out our pest management and structure products as well in the shop.
